The 80s Are Over, Eat Fat
As more cases of diabetes and obesity are diagnosed each year, the dietary trends of the 1980s and 1990s must be questioned. Products are still marketed for their low fat content, whether it be a coffee with non fat milk or the higher content of fat in beef.

Many products that have these fats removed or reduced do so by introducing the larger culprit for our health epidemics, carbohydrates. Carbohydrates should chiefly be consumed through natural sources that are also rich in nutrients and antioxidants, such as fruits and vegetables.
