Consistency and routine have allowed Washington Nationals infielder Jeff Kobernus to amass 3 seasons of over 40 stolen bases in his professional baseball career. Explosive athletes like Jeff who posses raw speed and power often have a hard time maintaining a good body mass, which can put them at risk for injury. During his 5th off-season at SPARTA we focused on helping Jeff put on 15 pounds of muscle to make sure he was ready for the long baseball season. We used frequent Sparta Scans to make sure we could make small but important changes to Jeff's program. Watch the video to learn more.
