When is the best time to train?

Athletes and civilians are always curious on the best time to train, so here a few simple rules to be followed in this order.

1. Find the time you can most consistently and stick to this schedule, as the human body is extremely adaptable and will adjust physiologically to produce the best results

2. If you can, train either 3 hours or 11 hours after waking up as these times are when your hormones are optimal for making training gains.
