    What is Movement Health?

    Movement Health is the ability to move freely without pain, limitations, or uncontrolled movement. While the definition is simple to understand, the complex systems contributing to the expression of movement are harder to fathom. It's tempting to isolate movement to the musculoskeletal anatomy, but all bodily systems contribute to how humans experience movement.
